Rescheduling, Cancellation, Non-Attendance & Late Arrivals

I do recognise that “life” sometimes happens but out of courtesy, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend the appointment.

Please be aware of the following Cancellation Policy:

A charge will incur of 50% of the appointment if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and the full price for no-shows.

For late shows, your session may be shortened.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, Meraki Acupuncture will determine if there is enough time to treat accordingly and effectively during the remaining time.  Regardless of the length of time, full payment will be asked for.

At this time Meraki Acupuncture does not accept insurance

Please check that your provider accepts Acupuncture under your policy.  We can provide a receipt of your treatment after payment for you to send to your provider for re-imbursement

Your Privacy

Your personal information is treated with care and respect.

 

This includes your birth details used for BaZi analysis, health background, and anything you share during your consultation.

 

Your information is:

  • Kept private and confidential

  • Stored securely

  • Used only to provide your consultation and related services

  • Never sold or shared with third parties without your permission, unless required by law

 

You may request access to your information or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

BaZi (also known as the Four Pillars) is a traditional Chinese system used to understand personality patterns, strengths, timing, and life direction.

 

Your session may also include lifestyle or wellness guidance based on traditional Chinese medicine principles.

 

These services are:

  • Educational and supportive in nature

  • Not medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Not a replacement for care from your doctor or other licensed healthcare providers

If you have a medical condition or concerns, please continue to seek care from your healthcare professional.

  • Decline any part of the consultation

  • Stop or withdraw from services whenever you choose
